No refunds issued for any reason. All unused funds paid to Safe Swimming School will become credit for future swim lessons or lifeguards.
Please inform our office at least 24 hours in advance. Any classes cancelled within 24 hours will be charged as a class taught.
We try to keep our instructors consistent for each student, however, the same instructor every class is not guaranteed. You may have a substitute instructor without notification
Swim class will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain, thunder, lightning, etc. Please call our office to report severe weather in your area. Lessons will be cancelled due to weather no more than 3 hours in advance.
If free parking is not available at your location, or if you are taking lessons at a pool with an entry fee, it is the responsibility of the parent or caregiver to reimburse the instructor at each lesson for these costs.
We will perform outdoor lessons if the outside air temperature is above 60 degrees and the pool is heated to at least 86. Ideally, the temperature should be at 90 degrees. When water temperatures are below 86, your child will most likely not be comfortable while taking swim lessons, thus not allowing for an ideal lesson. The warmer the water is, the better your child will perform!
